TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WHOLESALE DISCOUNT PRICING
Wholesale prices are available to accounts that will be reselling our product to the consumer through an established retail store or website. Please provide a copy of your resale license or state tax ID to verify eligibility. All prices are listed in US dollars & are subject to change without notice.
MINIMUM ORDER
Minimum Opening Order : 1 case of 24 games
LEAD TIME
Lead time varies based on order size. Please allow up to 10 weeks for large orders.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept money orders or EFT. Deposits and payments must be made by due date.
DELIVERY SHIPPING TERMS
Wholesale order prices include standard shipping to one location within the continental United States. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the Buyer agrees to assume any additional transportation charges.
EXPIRATION DATES AND CUT OFF DATES FOR SEASON
Due to high demand and the seasonal nature of the product, That Gift Game LLC will set all cut-off dates for delivery within a particular time frame. We cannot guarantee our usual delivery time if an order is submitted after this deadline.
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
Any changes to, or cancelation of orders must be emailed to info@thatgiftgame.com within 48 hours of the date order was placed. That Gift Game, LLC reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason.
Returns/Exchanges:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.
DAMAGE/DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. You must notify us of any shipping errors or damaged goods within 5 days of receipt of shipment. That Gift Game, LLC is not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the carrier.
