Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns of unopened games within 30 days of delivery. Opened games cannot be returned.

To start a return, email info@thatgiftgame.com with your order number, and we will send return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 days of receiving your return. For partial returns, the refund covers the amount paid for the returned items.
